Delivery Costs
If your delivery is within the postcodes listed below, your cake hamper delivery will incur a flat $16 delivery fee, and will be delivered by a trusted, professional courier service:

Yes, we do deliver outside these postcodes all over the Sydney area. Please email us for a quote - we will need to process your order over the phone or via email.
Delivery Times
Orders placed before 2pm can be delivered the next business day.
Hampers will be delivered between 9-5pm Mon-Fri on the day of delivery. If you require a more specific time, please notify us and we will try to accommodate. You must let us know if your gift recipient is leaving the office early, etc so that we can give our couriers a deadline.
We use a highly reputable external courier service, but occasional delays are experienced during delivery which are out of our control. As such we cannot accept responsibilty for delays during carriage. We do not guarantee earlier times, but do our best to accommodate.
Please make sure someone is available to sign for receipt of the hamper at your nominated delivery address. If redelivery is required you will be charged the original delivery fee times 3, as this covers the trip there, back to our office and then to the delivery address again. This is only what our transport company charges us.
If it is likely that no one will be at the place of delivery to sign for the hamper and you are happy for the package to be left unattended, please request so in the 'comments' section during checkout.
Bearing in mind that for cake deliveries we STRONGLY recommend they remain refrigerated at all times, so they should be left in a cool place for a very limited time only. We do not take responsibility for the safety of your gift if you choose to leave the gift unattended.
Hospitals
Please phone the hospital before ordering to confirm the following details:
1. Name gift recipient is booked under (maiden name or married name)
2. Ward/Room number and level within the hospital
3. Are they a Public or Private patient?
Please also make sure they will still be in hospital on the day you have nominated for delivery.
Orders Placed on Weekends
All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following working day (generally a Monday unless a public holiday coincides).
We cannot deliver on weekends.
International Shipping Costs
We do not ship our cakes further than the Sydney area.
Other items are able to be delivered all over the world.
We use Australia Post and postage will be automatically calculated upon checkout. |
