CARE INSTRUCTIONS Cupcakes: We find the best way to enjoy eating the cupcakes is at room temperature. This will ensure the cake is lovely and moist and the topping soft and yummy. If you cannot get them to room temperature, then about 7 seconds in the microwave is a great alternative. Be careful and watch your cakes though as microwave power varies and they probably require less time in there than you think! All cupcakes need to be kept refrigerated or at least at room temperature. This way they should last up to 7 days from date of purchase. Most of our cakes (except cheesecake) freeze well for up to 3 months. Be careful when defrosting though as you don't want them to dry out. We recommend wrapping your cakes in three layers of cling wrap and then a layer of aluminium foil. This prevents moisture from getting to the cakes. Using a marker write the date on the foil. Defrost as slowly as possible at room temperature to prevent drying out. Clothing: While all of our clothing is of the best quality 100% cotton fabrics, it is important to remember that most of the applique is hand made. With this in mind we recommend hand washing your garments in cold water with wool wash. This will ensure your garments maintain their colour and quality. Please don't put them in the dryer. If you can, gently squeeze them dry with a towel and lay them flat in a shaded, dry area to dry. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Cupcakes: We cannot accept refunds/exchanges for change of mind for our cake hampers. Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the time of delivery, however a $10 administration fee will be charged. If for any reason you are unhappy with the products included in your hamper, please keep them in their original condition so that we can arrange pickup and assess your complaint. Clothing: We will gladly accept change of mind exchanges up to 14 days from date of purchase.
Clothing must be returned to our office including a copy of your original receipt unworn, with tags intact.
No refunds will be given until the garment/s have been submitted to our QA department for testing.
Please remember many of our garments have been predominantly hand made and as such special care should be taken caring for your special items (see 'care instructions' above). |
