Please be assured that our online payment methods are secure. We do NOT store any of your credit card details on our web server. All online payments are transmitted over a secure session via 128 bit encryption, the highest level available, using our own SSL certificate. That's easy – just browse through our products and if you see something you want to buy, select the colour and size and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can then choose to continue shopping or you can proceed to check out. How do I add items to my shopping cart?
After you 'Add to Cart', the items will be placed in your shopping cart until you check out. You can review your cart anytime by clicking on the 'View Basket' button. To remove anything from your shopping cart, click on 'remove' and then update.
How do I checkout?
Checking out is easy: Go to your shopping cart by clicking the 'View Cart Contents' button to review your order. Then click the Proceed to Checkout button and follow the instructions. You will need to know your contact details, delivery address, the billing address of the credit card you are using (if different to the delivery address), your contact details and your credit card details. Sweet Little Things provides a secure payment system by utilising the services of Eway for all online payments. Our site uses this payment gateway service and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology - the strongest commercially available level of encryption. You should see a solid padlock in your browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place. Credit card payments can be made using MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Alternatively if you prefer not to order online you can order via email orders@sweetlittlethings.com.au or phone 1300 997 448 between 9am and 5pm weekdays. If an order is placed using one of our offline methods (Direct Deposit or Paypal), please remember that your order cannot be processed until payment has been cleared. A direct deposit can take 2–3 working days to clear.
How can I be sure my order went through?
